FC-10-F120G-204-02-36 is the upgrade of an eligible Premium support position to Elite for one registered FortiGate 120G for 3 years. This FC code adds a support or replacement entitlement to an eligible registered serial; it is not an FG hardware or bundle order.

FortiGate 120G eligibility boundary

Confirm the exact SKU, appliance serial, account, service country, start date, supported FortiOS and any prerequisite contract before ordering. The 120G is diskless, so this service does not provide local evidence retention; configuration backups and security logs need customer-owned external destinations.

Contract acceptance

Case and recovery evidence
