Return and Refund Policy

Requesting a return

Contact YYST Global promptly after delivery and before returning any item. Returns require written authorization and the return address supplied by our sales or support team. The applicable request deadline is stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Return condition

Products must be returned in the approved condition with serial numbers, labels, accessories and packaging intact. Activated licenses, customized configurations, special-order items and products damaged after delivery may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Incorrect or damaged delivery

Report incorrect items, visible shipping damage or missing contents with photographs, serial numbers and packaging details as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued through the agreed payment method after inspection. Original freight, return freight, bank charges, duties and restocking costs may be deducted unless the return results from an error accepted by YYST Global.
