United States shipping
Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States is free unless the written quotation or order confirmation states otherwise. Expedited delivery, remote-area service, oversized freight and special handling may require an additional charge that will be confirmed before payment.
International shipping
We ship internationally using carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, TNT and EMS. Available services and charges depend on destination, package size, product type and requested delivery speed.
Lead time and tracking
Stock status and delivery estimates must be confirmed in the quotation. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when supported by the carrier.
Duties and delivery
Unless the written quotation states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination-specific compliance. The buyer must provide an accurate and deliverable address.
