Warranty coverage

The applicable warranty period and whether coverage is provided by the manufacturer, supplier or YYST Global are stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Product-page warranty information is a general reference and must be confirmed before purchase.

Warranty claims

A claim should include the order number, model, serial number, fault description, photographs or logs and troubleshooting already performed. Do not return equipment until written authorization is provided.

Exclusions

Warranty does not normally cover misuse, accidental or shipping damage after acceptance, unauthorized repair, improper installation, incompatible software or power, consumables, cosmetic wear, or failure to follow manufacturer requirements.

Remedy

Depending on the confirmed warranty terms and inspection result, the remedy may be technical support, repair, replacement or refund. Data backup, configuration export and removal of confidential information remain the buyer's responsibility.
