Verify the base entitlement, tenant, authorized serial, branch role and assigned users before accepting the add-on. Test the added function separately from ordinary tunnel reachability.

High-throughput evidence path

Keep route, path-quality and tunnel observations beside cloud authorization and base-service evidence. Assign each failure to the carrier, tenant, base subscription, add-on or local policy owner. Link circuit, VLAN, identity, certificate, administrator and major FortiOS changes to before-and-after traffic and evidence tests. Preserve rejected changes and rollback results as well as successes, so a later operator can distinguish approved architecture evolution from unexplained drift.
