• Fortinet identifies FortiGate 71G as the storage-equipped member of the 70G family; the 70G series data sheet lists 64 GB onboard storage for FG-71G.
• FG-71G-POE is a distinct PoE appliance order identity. The PoE suffix must remain in the quote, receiving record and support registration.
• Bundle coverage and contract duration do not alter the appliance identity. Confirm the required PoE deployment details against the current regional data sheet and quote before purchase.

Coverage and term are not hardware specifications

Enterprise and UTP identify FortiGuard service coverage. The 12, 36 and 60-month suffixes identify the contract term in this set. Neither changes the appliance ports, storage, rated performance or environmental limits. Validate sizing against the platform data sheet, then validate coverage against the current ordering guide and quote.

Pre-order evidence

1. Confirm the exact appliance variant and whether internal storage is required.
2. Confirm new hardware Bundle versus renewal-only procurement.
3. Attach the current service-entitlement list for the exact Bundle code.
4. Record contract start, registration owner, region and renewal or co-term date.
