Fortinet Hardware Bundle Code and Contract Term Guide
Decode the appliance, subscription family and contract term before treating two FortiGate hardware Bundle SKUs as interchangeable.
Three independent decisions are encoded in each order line
A hardware Bundle contains a FortiGate appliance plus FortiCare and FortiGuard services. The appliance model controls hardware identity, the Bundle code controls service coverage, and the final term controls contract duration. A service renewal uses an FC-series SKU and is not the same order type as an FG-series hardware Bundle.
