ICX7550-24P-E2-R3 PoE+ Support Bundle

ICX7550-24P-E2-R3 combines a 24-port 10/100/1000 Mbps 802.3at PoE+ access switch with an E2 power/cooling kit and a three-year remote-support term. The R3 suffix is a support inclusion, not a higher Ethernet speed.

PoE+ endpoint fit

Use this PID for 1 GbE powered endpoints whose class and aggregate demand fit the validated switch budget. Inventory each AP, phone, camera or sensor by requested power and reserve headroom for startup and failure conditions.

Included power and cooling

The official bundle lists two 1200 W AC power supplies and three front-to-back fans. Test independent feeds and PoE behavior after loss of one supply; dual supplies do not automatically prove the desired resilient PoE budget.

R3 service record

Three years of remote support are included. Register entitlement ownership, serial, contract start and support account, and keep the service term separate from hardware warranty assumptions. ICX7550-24-E2 has a different non-PoE hardware profile and no R3 suffix.

Network acceptance

Validate all 24 copper ports, representative 802.3at loads, LLDP power negotiation, PoE recovery after reboot, both QSFP+ uplink/stack ports and the installed software. Port modules and transceivers remain separate order items.
