9U1-R510-WW00 Unleashed Wave 2 AP

9U1-R510-WW00 is the controller-less Unleashed order of the R510 for the worldwide region. Its hardware is concurrent dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 with 2x2:2 streams, MU-MIMO, BeamFlex+, two Ethernet ports and 802.3af PoE.

9U1 defines the management package

Do not collapse this PID to a standard 901-managed AP. Confirm Unleashed firmware, cluster role, supported release and migration path before purchase. The AP may operate as a master or member in an Unleashed deployment, but its exact role is a configuration result rather than a box entitlement.

Wave 2 and wired interfaces

The R510 supports Wave 2 MU-MIMO and a combined rate up to 1.2 Gbps under the documented radio conditions. Both Gigabit Ethernet ports should be inventoried and tested; do not copy the single-port R310/R320 description onto this page.

Power accessories are excluded

RUCKUS lists 802.3af PoE support but excludes the power adapter and PoE injector from the exact 9U1 order. Verify switch power, measured draw after boot and any separate accessory PID. Confirm mounting hardware against the actual carton and site surface.

Unleashed acceptance

Record the complete PID, serial, WW country approval, Unleashed release, master/member state, both Ethernet links, PoE, 2.4/5 GHz operation, MU-MIMO-capable radio state, SSID/VLAN, authentication, roaming and survey. Compare 901-R500-WW00 only when the older standard-managed R500 platform is explicitly required.
