SRX4600-SYS-JB-AC Order Identity

SRX4600-SYS-JB-AC is Juniper's AC-powered SRX4600 system bundle. The order includes the SRX4600 chassis with four 100GbE and eight 10GbE interfaces, two AC power supplies, five fan trays, cables, rack-mount hardware and Junos Software Base for firewall, NAT, IPsec, routing and MPLS functions.

AC facility qualification

Use this order line only where the rack has compatible utility power. Juniper documents AC input ranges of 100-127 VAC or 200-240 VAC at 50-60 Hz. Before ordering, record the available voltage, receptacle and branch-circuit arrangement, power-distribution-unit capacity, cord route and the local electrical requirements that apply at the installation site.

Redundant feed design

The two AC power supplies are field-replaceable and intended for 1+1 redundancy. Connect them to independent protected sources when the availability design requires power-feed diversity. Acceptance should prove that the gateway remains operational after removing each feed in turn and that the expected alarm is visible to operations.

Rack and airflow acceptance

Reserve the required rack position and service clearance before delivery. Confirm mounting compatibility, equipment-grounding path, cable management and intake/exhaust orientation. Inventory all five fan trays and both AC supplies by slot and serial so a missing or incorrectly seated field-replaceable unit is found before production traffic is introduced.

Network commissioning record

Map every 100GbE and 10GbE interface to the approved optics, peer, speed and routing or security role. Preserve the Junos release, software-base entitlement, administrator custody, configuration backup and rollback procedure. Test management reachability, HA or routing behavior, representative firewall/NAT/IPsec policy and log delivery without assuming that the base bundle includes every optional security subscription.

AC bundle boundary

This exact SKU supplies AC power hardware. It is not the DC-powered SRX4600-SYS-JB-DC order line, and it does not by itself establish a carrier -48 VDC plant. Optional transceivers, licenses, subscriptions, support and site electrical work must be confirmed separately against the final bill of materials.
