Juniper’s exact product matrix identifies SRX4600-DC as an SRX4600 Services Gateway with DC power. This hardware order belongs to the SRX firewall platform. It is separate from the SRX4600-SYS-JB-DC hardware-and-Junos-Base package listed in the same matrix; establish the software rights attached to the offer instead of transferring the SYS-JB description to this order.

Document both DC power paths

The SRX4600 platform datasheet specifies two 1100 W DC-DC power supplies with 1+1 redundancy for the DC configuration. Confirm the modules fitted to the offered chassis and the independent facility feeds used by the installation. Record the grounding arrangement, cable termination and power-entry-module identifiers for maintenance before accepting a replacement.

Eight dedicated interfaces provide 1/10 GbE connectivity and four QSFP28 interfaces provide 40/100 GbE on the SRX4600 platform.
