EX2300-C-12T Overview
Data connectivity without endpoint power
Choose EX2300-C-12T for connections that do not require the switch to power the endpoint. It is not the PoE-capable -12P. This distinction matters when replacing a switch feeding phones or wireless access points: matching the copper port count alone is insufficient.
Reserve the uplinks deliberately
The two uplinks can carry network traffic or be configured for Virtual Chassis connections. A stacking design therefore needs a port-allocation plan as well as compatible transceivers and the appropriate entitlement. Confirm those items separately from the base switch quotation.
