FC-10-FG2HG-1389-02-36 Procurement Identity

FC-10-FG2HG-1389-02-36 is the add-on service position for an eligible underlying SD-WAN and SASE entitlement on one FortiGate 200G for 3 years. It is a per-device service order, not physical FG hardware or a bundle.

Diskless 200G operating boundary

Confirm exact SKU, serial, account, country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS. The 200G does not provide local evidence storage, so customer-owned external logging, configuration backup and recovery custody are required independently from this entitlement.

Service acceptance

Verify the base entitlement, tenant, authorized serial, branch role and assigned users before accepting the add-on. Test the added function separately from ordinary tunnel reachability.

High-throughput evidence path

Keep route, path-quality and tunnel observations beside cloud authorization and base-service evidence. Assign each failure to the carrier, tenant, base subscription, add-on or local policy owner. Verify external collection under representative load and after one controlled recovery or policy-change event.

Three-year edge control ledger

Maintain dated ownership for circuits, routes, policies, administrators, software, external logging and entitlement contacts. Link each material change to an approved test and rollback result.

Anniversary throughput review

Compare observed busy-hour interfaces, session and application mix, encrypted traffic, event volume and external ingestion with the prior year. Update capacity and evidence thresholds when the architecture changes.

Midpoint recovery drill

Restore configuration to an approved path, exercise a power or HA event where applicable and retrieve resulting evidence externally. For support or RMA lines, rehearse authorization and serial transfer without creating a false case.

Three-year exception attribution

Give bypasses, disabled inspection, emergency rules and recurring support workarounds an owner, business reason, compensating control and expiry. Review their cumulative effect before treating the third-year operating state as equivalent to the commissioned design.

Closing-year architecture gate

Choose renewal or successor design early enough to preserve routing, policy, account and evidence continuity. Assign configuration translation and acceptance separately from procurement.

Exclusions

The add-on includes no firewall, base subscription, circuit, carrier SLA, unlimited users, automatic migration or assurance that an unlicensed tenant becomes eligible.
