FC-10-F120G-301-02-36 is a 36-month electronic contract for the F120G service family. It supplies Secure RMA Service for an existing FortiGate 120G and does not include a firewall appliance.

Co-Termination Plan

Co-terminate this three-year order deliberately with related support and security contracts. Schedule a mid-term review for registration ownership, deployment location and continuing service fit.

Retain the serial number, account owner, current contract dates and agreed three-year activation date with the order.

Operational Prerequisites

The contracted function is a Secure RMA add-on for an eligible FortiCare-covered FortiGate. Confirm the underlying support contract, RMA eligibility and regional secure-return process; this is not base support.

Prevent a Wrong-SKU Substitution

Secure RMA adds controlled return handling for eligible covered equipment. It does not replace the underlying FortiCare agreement or itself supply a firewall.

Use this F120G line only for the diskless FG-120G. FortiGate 121G has a 480 GB SSD and uses a different F121G service family even though both appliances belong to the 120G series.

The registration target for this three-year Secure RMA Service order is the diskless FortiGate 120G. It must not be activated against an SSD-equipped FortiGate 121G or a FortiGate 200G even when another SKU has the same service and duration suffix.

Document eligibility, security approval, failed-device custody, data-bearing component handling, replacement receipt and closure evidence.

Secure RMA changes the return process for an eligible covered FortiGate. It is not a new appliance sale or a general data-destruction certificate.
