FC-10-00603-288-02-DD is the SD-WAN Network Monitor entitlement for one existing FortiGate 600D. It enables Fortinet-hosted underlay bandwidth and quality tests; it does not include a firewall appliance, carrier circuit, Overlay-as-a-Service or managed network operation.

Installed Device Workflow

The platform token 00603 maps to a legacy data-center SD-WAN edge. Record the 600D serial, current FortiOS train, WAN circuits, HA state, carrier contracts, existing SLA rules and migration owner.

Use monitoring to establish a migration baseline rather than extending obsolete policy indefinitely. Confirm this older platform can run the required test method and keep quote dates inside the approved retirement window.

Test upload and download during an authorized window, preserve carrier comparison and verify that existing production traffic and HA remain stable.

Classify every 600D circuit as migrate, retire or temporary dependency and capture a final baseline for its successor. Do not copy old estimated bandwidth values without retesting the new termination. If the legacy release cannot run a required method, record that limitation instead of fabricating a result. Supported workflows can measure upstream and downstream capacity and use results as references for interface estimated bandwidth, traffic shaping and SD-WAN policy decisions. Test availability and limits depend on FortiOS and the registered entitlement.
