Service Boundary

Fortinet describes this Priority RMA option as courier delivery intended for the next calendar day when the exchange is confirmed before the applicable country cutoff. Availability, diagnosis, depot coverage and actual arrival remain subject to the current service terms and location. It requires an active FortiCare Premium or Elite contract.

Before ordering, confirm the destination country, service depot, local cutoff, receiving contact and failed-unit exchange workflow. Record how the site operates until the replacement arrives. This service accelerates eligible replacement delivery; it does not provide a pre-positioned spare, onsite engineer or guarantee outside the authorized coverage area.

Platform Acceptance

The ordering token 00603 identifies a legacy D-series data-center platform. Capture HA roles, external logging, firmware eligibility and the migration dependency. A replacement plan for this older generation should identify configuration conversion, policy validation and the milestone that ends further support add-ons.

For the 600D, attach current firmware inventory, the last HA recovery result, configuration-conversion notes and the approved successor design.
