Elite Service Boundary

Fortinet describes Elite as per-product support with 24x7 follow-the-sun engagement, enhanced response targets, Elite Portal access, automated monitoring and alerts, and security-hygiene recommendations for eligible FortiGate products. Firmware access and replacement remain governed by registration, diagnosis, current service terms and geography.

Record the eight SFP, eight RJ45 and two 10Gb SFP+ production handoffs, current HA role, management path and the exact registered serial.
