CE6860-SAN Overview
Storage-network model with explicit RTU and component boundaries
Huawei CloudEngine CE6860-SAN is the storage-network variant with 48 SFP28 positions operating at 25GE by default and eight QSFP28 positions operating at 100GE by default. Base parts 02354FPM and 02354FPM-001 exclude power supplies and fan modules.
Speed entitlement
The physical interfaces can support higher 50GE and 200GE modes, subject to the applicable RTU license. Huawei documents separate licensing for the earlier part and RTU 88036EUQ for the -001 revision; confirm the shipped hardware revision before ordering a speed upgrade.
Cooling and redundancy
Two hot-swappable power slots support 1+1 redundancy, and four fan slots support 3+1 fan redundancy. Power and fan airflow must match. Alternate assembled part numbers include two AC supplies and four fans in a defined airflow direction.
Storage-fabric acceptance
Confirm the exact part suffix, software release, lossless-network design, optics, breakout plan, RTU status and airflow. Huawei states that stacking and USB-based deployment are not currently supported.
