802.3at changes both radio and uplink choices

The exact hardware records specify 802.3bt/at PoE input and a maximum consumption of 35.3 W. Under 802.3bt, Huawei lists unrestricted functionality. With 802.3at, each radio operates as 2x2; the 5GE copper port drops to Gigabit and forms a combo pair with the SFP+ optical port, so only one of that pair can be used. The separate Gigabit copper port is unavailable in this power mode. Radio transmit power is not reduced by this documented 802.3at mode. Plan the switch power budget and active uplink together.
