Radio expansion depends on the loaded RTU

Huawei AirEngine 5760-51 is an indoor Wi-Fi 6 AP with built-in smart antennas, a 5GE copper port, a separate Gigabit copper port, USB 2.0 and an IoT card slot. The base dual-radio arrangement is 2.4 GHz 2x2 plus 5 GHz 4x4. Loading the relevant RTU enables additional radio arrangements; the model name alone does not confirm an RTU entitlement. Check the installed license and power source before designing around the maximum radio configuration.

Choose the radio layout and power budget together

Under DC power or 802.3bt Class 6/Class 8 power, Huawei lists unrestricted functionality when the RTU is loaded. Without it, the documented choices are 2.4 GHz 2x2 plus 5 GHz 4x4, or three radios with 2.4 GHz 2x2, high-band 5 GHz 2x2 and low-band 5 GHz 2x2. RTU-enabled layouts include dual 4x4 radios, a 2x2/2x2/4x4 three-radio layout, and a dual-radio layout with an independent 5 GHz scanning radio. These modes remain within the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands; a third radio does not mean 6 GHz support.

802.3at limits the wired uplink and peripheral combinations

With 802.3at input, the 5GE port operates at 2.5GE or below. Huawei states that the separate GE port is available in standard dual-radio mode from V200R021C10. Using USB or an IoT card may affect spatial streams, transmit power and bandwidth; their exact combination requires compatibility review. Simultaneous use of a 5 W USB load and an IoT card is not supported in this power mode. The presence of connectors does not establish that every radio and peripheral can run together at its maximum.

Identify the hardware code before selecting software

Huawei publishes two ordering records: 02353GES starts at V200R019C10, while 02353GES-001 starts at V200R021C10SPC100. Both current records list a 220 mm diameter, 51 mm height and 1.15 kg weight. Maximum AP consumption is 28.8 W excluding USB and the IoT card. The DC input is rated at 48 V, with a 43.2–57.6 V range; PoE input is 802.3bt/at, and there is no PoE output. Confirm the actual part code, RTU, controller release, mounting hardware and power accessories in the quotation; neither an installed license nor a particular stock variant is implied by this listing.
