Map powered devices to the correct half of the port plan

Create a port-by-port schedule for APs, phones and cameras, including required class and startup draw. Keep nonpowered endpoints on the remaining copper ports and preserve budget reserve.

Engineer four SFP uplinks

The switch exposes four GE SFP interfaces. Validate optic type, fiber plant and link aggregation design; these are Gigabit SFP ports, not the 10GE SFP+ interfaces of later F-series variants.
