Maintain a linked base-and-upgrade contract record with identifiers, dates and account proof. Compare actual priority incidents and escalation outcomes with the approved upgrade purpose. Confirm retrieval after a representative circuit, policy or recovery event.

Five-year branch lifecycle

Review software support, circuit contracts, load, power, account custody, service use, recovery and external evidence each year. A long entitlement does not guarantee that the original branch design remains suitable.
