FC-10-FG30G-131-02-60 is the Standard cloud-management and logging entitlement for one eligible registered FortiGate 30G for 5 years. This FC service code is not an FG hardware order.

Compact branch platform boundary

Validate exact SKU, serial, account, country, dates, prerequisites and FortiOS. The service does not add local evidence storage; use customer-owned external logging and configuration backup.

Acceptance

Confirm FortiCloud account, region, serial, administrator custody, cloud connection and intended management functions. Measure actual event volume and hosted retention rather than assuming unlimited storage.

Branch evidence path

Generate a known event, retrieve it from the intended cloud view and compare device identity, policy fields and timestamps with the external customer record. Assign an owner for delayed or missing ingestion. Confirm retrieval after a representative circuit, policy or recovery event.

Five-year branch lifecycle

Review software support, circuit contracts, load, power, account custody, service use, recovery and external evidence each year. A long entitlement does not guarantee that the original branch design remains suitable.

Early-exit register

Set triggers for unsupported software, recurring outage, sustained utilization, evidence loss, replacement constraints or site redesign. Link each trigger to budget and migration ownership.

Successor proof

Use representative routes, policies, VPNs and incidents to compare application behavior, evidence export and rollback on the intended successor before the final years.

Site and carrier exit alignment

Compare appliance retirement with branch lease, carrier termination, rack power, identity dependencies and replacement delivery. Preserve a rollback route until business applications and external evidence operate on the successor.

Final deauthorization

Preserve configuration, cases and external evidence, transfer account ownership and remove credentials from the retired serial.

Exclusions

The line includes no appliance, local disk, unlimited hosted storage, complete log generation, external compliance archive, analyst monitoring or automatic account recovery.
