FC-10-FG2HG-204-02-12 is the upgrade of an eligible Premium support position to Elite for one registered FortiGate 200G for 1 year. It is a per-device service order, not physical FG hardware or a bundle.

Diskless 200G operating boundary

Confirm exact SKU, serial, account, country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS. The 200G does not provide local evidence storage, so customer-owned external logging, configuration backup and recovery custody are required independently from this entitlement.

Service acceptance

Confirm the underlying Premium contract, serial, remaining dates, region and intended Elite outcome. Verify both base and upgrade records after replacement, account transfer or site change.

High-throughput evidence path

Maintain a linked base-and-upgrade contract record with identifiers, dates and account proof. Compare actual priority incidents and escalation outcomes with the approved upgrade purpose. Verify external collection under representative load and after one controlled recovery or policy-change event.

Annual commissioning evidence

Record serial, account, dates, supported FortiOS, circuit roles, policy owners, configuration repository and external log destination. Capture representative ordinary and peak flows before later changes alter the baseline.

Monthly export assurance

Retrieve a known event from the external store each month and compare serial, time, interface, policy and action with the 200G source record. Investigate missing or delayed records before they affect incident reconstruction.

Quarterly entitlement sample

Test one service-specific allowed, blocked, detected or support workflow with an accountable reviewer. Record exceptions, disabled purchased functions and the control used for off-path traffic.

Annual commercial gate

Use cases, service use, load trend and recovery evidence to decide renewal, changed scope or retirement before procurement lead time threatens continuity.

Exclusions

A valid Premium foundation is required; the line includes no appliance, security subscription, duplicate base contract, independent term or automatic geographic eligibility.
