FC-10-F121G-211-02-12 Support and Recovery Order

FC-10-F121G-211-02-12 is the four-hour replacement-delivery service for eligible approved FortiGate 121G incidents in supported locations for 1 year. This FC line applies to a registered appliance and is not a physical FG or BDL order.

121G storage-equipped platform boundary

Match the exact SKU, serial, FortiCloud account, service country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS before purchase. The 121G provides local storage, but this entitlement does not add storage capacity or replace a customer-owned external retention and backup design.

Service acceptance

Confirm eligible address, after-hours access, receiving authority, incident contacts and serial. Exercise the dispatch-to-receipt workflow without creating a false incident.

Case, replacement and restoration evidence

Preserve authorization, dispatch, recipient, serial transition, secure staging and return completion. Assign customer owners for configuration, cable, circuit and application validation. Reconcile the local 121G record with the external destination and preserve the responsible reviewer.

First-month activation record

Record the serial, account, service dates, enabled functions, local-storage health, configured retention and external export destination. Retrieve one known event from both stores while purchase evidence and implementation owners are available.

Quarterly operating sample

Each quarter, test one representative service outcome, its policy action, local event, external copy and accountable reviewer. Measure actual daily event volume and investigate dropped or delayed records before local rotation hides the gap.

Annual capacity arithmetic

Use the observed high-volume day, configured local retention and external-ingestion delay to estimate the shortest evidence window during the twelve-month term. State which incident, audit or operational requirement would be lost first, then assign a corrective threshold and owner.

Annual decision package

Before the final quarter, summarize entitlement use, exceptions, cases, storage growth and recovery evidence. Compare renewal lead time with maintenance windows and assign renewal, changed scope or retirement to a named owner.

Order exclusions

Approval, inventory, location and cut-off conditions apply; the line includes no field engineer, application restoration, automatic fault acceptance or universal four-hour guarantee.
