FC-10-F121G-210-02-36 is the next-calendar-day replacement service for eligible approved FortiGate 121G hardware incidents in supported locations for 3 years. This FC line applies to a registered appliance and is not a physical FG or BDL order.

121G storage-equipped platform boundary

Match the exact SKU, serial, FortiCloud account, service country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS before purchase. The 121G provides local storage, but this entitlement does not add storage capacity or replace a customer-owned external retention and backup design.

Service acceptance

Verify site eligibility, cut-off, address, receiving contacts, customs and return owner. Trace authorization, shipment, secure receipt, configuration restore and old-unit obligation.

Case, replacement and restoration evidence

Keep a tested configuration backup, interface map, external-log disposition and serial ledger ready. Measure diagnosis, approval, transit, site access, restore and customer validation separately. Reconcile the local 121G record with the external destination and preserve the responsible reviewer.

Three-year evidence baseline

Define which records remain on the 121G, which are exported, retention targets, time source and authorized custodians. Preserve a reproducible starting sample before ordinary rotation changes the first-year record.
