FC-10-F121G-204-02-60 is the upgrade of an eligible Premium support position to Elite for one registered FortiGate 121G for 5 years. This FC line applies to a registered appliance and is not a physical FG or BDL order.

121G storage-equipped platform boundary

Match the exact SKU, serial, FortiCloud account, service country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS before purchase. The 121G provides local storage, but this entitlement does not add storage capacity or replace a customer-owned external retention and backup design.

Service acceptance

Confirm the underlying Premium contract, serial, remaining dates, region and intended Elite outcome. Verify both base and upgrade records after replacement, account transfer or site change.

Case, replacement and restoration evidence

Maintain a linked base-and-upgrade contract record with identifiers, dates and account proof. Compare actual priority incidents and escalation outcomes with the approved upgrade purpose. Reconcile the local 121G record with the external destination and preserve the responsible reviewer.

Five-year storage and service register

Review entitlement status, software support, local capacity, disk health, external ingestion, configuration custody and administrator access each year. A five-year order does not guarantee that original storage or topology assumptions remain suitable.

Early-exit triggers

Define triggers for unsupported software, sustained load, storage alerts, recurring export loss, replacement constraints or architecture change. Link each trigger to budget, migration owner and treatment of remaining service value.

Year-three successor checkpoint

Use representative traffic and sanitized incidents to compare policy outcome, local evidence, external retention, recovery and rollback on the intended successor. Data-sheet maxima are not acceptance evidence.

Long-term custody review

Revalidate administrators, encryption keys, certificate owners, external archive access and media-disposal authority after organizational changes. Require a second authorized operator to retrieve historical evidence and explain its time, serial and retention context.

Final evidence and media closeout

Order exclusions

A valid Premium foundation is required; the line includes no appliance, security subscription, duplicate base contract, independent term or automatic geographic eligibility.
