FC-10-00306-988-02-DD is a historical 360 Protection subscription combining advanced FortiCare handling with threat-protection services plus platform-dependent SD-WAN, FortiManager Cloud, FortiAnalyzer Cloud, security-rating and conversion capabilities for one existing FortiGate 300E. It is not the appliance, WAN connectivity, managed administration, unlimited cloud capacity or proof that all legacy cloud components remain supported on the current FortiOS release.

Commercial Boundary

The DD suffix represents a variable-duration ordering record. Contract dates, service composition and current successor codes must come from the quote and registered serial rather than being inferred from the URL.

Historical 360 Protection used cloud-management, analytics and SD-WAN services whose ordering and replacement paths have changed. Confirm each component separately, including current FortiManager Cloud capacity, FortiAnalyzer Cloud tier and any OCVPN-to-OaaS migration requirement.

• Verify serial, FortiOS, term, lifecycle and each threat, cloud-management, analytics and SD-WAN entitlement.
• Confirm accounts, regions, device capacity, log scope, overlay migration and support contacts separately.
• Test inspection, management, reporting, failover or recovery and rollback with approved evidence.
• Record retired components, current replacements, owners, exceptions and renewal decision.

Operational Evidence

Map every bundled service to the 300E policies that actually use it. Validate application control, IPS, malware, web and mail decisions with harmless samples; then review cloud, rating or conversion features separately rather than assuming bundle activation configures them. Capture update state, logs, owner approvals and one false-positive workflow. Finish by confirming how incidents outside the historical support window are handled under the current successor.

The 300E evidence pack is a service-to-policy matrix. Each purchased capability is marked active, intentionally unused, replaced by another control or unsupported. This prevents renewal of overlapping features and gives the next engineer a reproducible test instead of a generic bundle description.
