FC-10-00306-900-02-DD Service Identity

FC-10-00306-900-02-DD is a historical UTM subscription combining 8x5 FortiCare with application control, IPS, antivirus, web filtering, antispam and FortiSandbox Cloud services for one existing FortiGate 300E. It does not include the FortiGate appliance, 24x7 support, deployment services, guaranteed prevention, endpoint protection or a managed SOC.

Eligibility and Boundary

Code 900 is a historical 8x5 UTM bundle. The DD suffix requires quote-specific dates. Confirm current orderability, service update support and the Fortinet-approved successor instead of treating the page as a firewall hardware listing.

FortiGate 300E Acceptance

For the 300E UTM entitlement, map application control, IPS, antivirus, web filtering, antispam and cloud sandbox inspection to exact policy paths. Use approved test traffic to confirm one detection and one allowed exception in each material profile, then verify logs and owner decisions. Separately test the 8x5 support case path. A bundle status alone is not evidence that profiles are enabled or correctly scoped.

The 300E test catalogue should use a separate harmless sample for each enabled service and record which profile, policy and owner produced the result. A web-category decision is not proof that IPS or sandbox analysis works. Finish by disabling only the temporary test object, confirming normal traffic, and preserving the service update versions so the result can be reproduced at renewal.

• Use harmless positive and negative tests, verify actions and retain rollback evidence.
