N9K-C9372TX Hardware Identity

N9K-C9372TX identifies the Cisco Nexus 9372TX, a fixed 1-RU copper top-of-rack leaf in the first-generation Nexus 9300. Cisco documents 48 1/10GBASE-T copper ports and 6 fixed 40G QSFP+ uplinks. Optional modules, optics, cables, licenses and support are included only when explicitly itemized.

Fixed-uplink copper rack plan

Unlike the 9396TX, this model has six fixed 40G uplinks, so the port plan must not imply an optional twelve-port module. Register every 1/10GBASE-T server cable, negotiated speed and rack endpoint, then model oversubscription with one uplink unavailable. The successor assessment should include 100M/2.5G/5G needs if legacy or appliance links are present. Preserve ACI or NX-OS mode, vPC peer dependencies and cable-category remediation in the cutover workbook.
