Plan the breakout components separately

The ASR 920 documentation explains that the high-density module interface uses an external patch panel for individual T1/E1 connections. Its accessory table separately lists PANEL-16-BNC and PANEL-32-RJ48. Confirm the actual module and panel rather than ordering a cable by router family alone.

Do not substitute the 32-port cable

CABLE-32T1E1 appears as a distinct order. Match the installed module, cable part number and intended panel on the bill of materials; a similar connector appearance is not proof of equivalent wiring.
