ACX5448-AC-AFO exact order identity

ACX5448-AC-AFO is a Juniper ACX5448 universal metro router order. Juniper's official ordering material specifies 48 SFP+/SFP ports and 4 QSFP28 ports, redundant AC power supplies and AFO airflow out, from the port side toward the FRU side.

Configuration boundary

This base ACX5448 order provides the 48-plus-4 packet port profile and does not include the two CFP2 coherent ports of ACX5448-D. Match the AFO cooling path to the rack before receiving.

Order-specific acceptance

Allocate the forty-eight SFP+/SFP interfaces and four QSFP28 uplinks in the port plan before ordering optics. For the AC feeds, record separate PDU circuits and verify front-to-back exhaust at the rear of the rack.

Power and cooling control

Confirm that both power-supply modules and all fan modules match the ordered airflow. Juniper warns against mixing AC and DC supplies or mixing AFI and AFO components in one chassis. Record the handle labels before rack installation.

Software and optical acceptance

Juniper's ordering table states that the right-to-use feature must be ordered separately. Preserve the software entitlement, Junos release, optic compatibility, timing requirements and rack accessories as separate quotation and receiving checks.
