Preserve decision context, not only tickets

For significant changes, retain the business reason, affected traffic, approved policy intent, implementation evidence and rollback result. Keep the change catalog and access model under version control. Five years can span multiple teams, partners and network designs, so undocumented intent becomes a material operating risk.

Reconcile platform identity every year
