Confirm supported configuration scope, access method, change authority, contacts, maintenance window, exclusions and escalation route. Exercise one approved change and one rollback path.

Policy, local storage and external evidence

Retain request, approval, implementation, validation and rollback evidence outside the appliance. Distinguish provider administration from customer policy ownership, circuit ownership and incident decisions. Reconcile the local 121G record with the external destination and preserve the responsible reviewer.

Three-year evidence baseline

Define which records remain on the 121G, which are exported, retention targets, time source and authorized custodians. Preserve a reproducible starting sample before ordinary rotation changes the first-year record.
