FC-10-0091G-211-02-60 is the four-hour replacement-delivery service for eligible approved FortiGate 90G incidents in supported locations for 5 years. It is an FC service line for an already-owned device, not a physical FG or BDL order.

91G storage-bearing platform

Match exact SKU, serial, account, country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS. Unlike the diskless 90G, the 91G has local storage; local retention still requires capacity monitoring, export policy, backup ownership and an approved media-disposition path.

Service acceptance procedure

Confirm eligible address, after-hours access, receiving authority, incident contacts and serial. Exercise the dispatch-to-receipt workflow without creating a false incident.

Local-to-external evidence reconciliation

Preserve authorization, dispatch, recipient, serial transition, secure staging and return completion. Assign customer owners for configuration, cable, circuit and application validation. A successful local lookup does not prove cloud ingestion, entitlement status or long-term retention.

Five-year storage lifecycle

Maintain annual capacity, health, retention, time, account-custody and external-export records. A long service term does not guarantee that the appliance storage or software remains suitable for the full period.

Evidence durability register

Track log growth, overwritten records, storage alerts, legal-retention changes and recurring export failures with dated owners. Define an early migration trigger for capacity, support or architecture risk.

Successor evidence test

Build a sanitized test set from representative traffic and incidents. Compare local capture, cloud or provider workflow, external retention and rollback on the planned successor.

Final media and service exit

Preserve required exports, configuration, open cases, account-transfer approval and media disposition before deauthorizing the 91G. Record treatment of any remaining service term.

What this order does not include

Approval, inventory, location and cut-off conditions apply; the line includes no field engineer, application restoration, automatic fault acceptance or universal four-hour guarantee.
