FC-10-0080F-1389-02-36 is the add-on service position for an eligible underlying SD-WAN and SASE entitlement on one FortiGate 80F for 3 years. This FC service line is not physical hardware.

FortiGate 80F operating boundary

Validate serial, account, service country, dates, prerequisites, supported FortiOS, WAN ownership, configuration backup and external logging. This service line adds no appliance or local evidence storage.

Service acceptance

Verify the base entitlement, tenant, authorized serial, branch role and assigned users before accepting the add-on. Test the added function separately from ordinary tunnel reachability.

Platform-specific evidence

Keep route, path-quality and tunnel observations beside cloud authorization and base-service evidence. Assign each failure to the carrier, tenant, base subscription, add-on or local policy owner. Use representative branch traffic, one controlled policy or recovery change and an externally retrieved event. Record circuit, interface, policy, action and reviewer.

Three-year change ledger

Link circuit, VLAN, identity, certificate, policy and software changes to before-and-after tests and rollback evidence. Preserve rejected changes as well as approved implementation.

Year-one stabilization

Record recurring defects, approved workarounds, external-log gaps and the accepted software branch. Assign each temporary exception an expiry condition.

Anniversary load review

Compare busy-hour interfaces, application mix, encrypted traffic and external ingestion with the prior year. Revise thresholds after circuit or segmentation changes.

Midterm recovery drill

Restore configuration and exercise the relevant service, support or replacement workflow with a second authorized operator. Record elapsed time, missing access and corrective ownership.

Multi-line incident attribution

Separate carrier degradation, health-check design, route convergence, application steering and security-policy outcomes in the incident record. Assign each recurring path change to the correct operational owner.

Third-year exception gate

Review bypasses, emergency policies and disabled service functions before treating the current state as equivalent to the commissioned design.

Closing-year gate

Choose renewal or successor work early enough to preserve routes, policies, accounts and evidence.

Exclusions

The add-on includes no firewall, base subscription, circuit, carrier SLA, unlimited users, automatic migration or assurance that an unlicensed tenant becomes eligible.
