RF-TXRM-865 is the UK/EU frequency order

RF-TXRM-865 selects Contacta's 865 MHz stationary-transmitter variant. The manufacturer page associates 865 MHz with UK/EU use and the RF-RX1-865 receiver. Confirm local radio authorization and receiver labels before installation; a 915 MHz receiver is not the matching order.

Rack and antenna inventory

The manual lists a 19-inch rack mounting ear with fixing screws, an earthing cable, a TNC rod antenna and a universal 12 V supply with UK/EU adaptor for the 865 MHz package. Record each item and keep the antenna connection and protective-earth path accessible.

Coverage is a test condition, not a room guarantee

Contacta publishes more than 100 metres line of sight at high RF output. Walls, structures, interference, antenna position and local output limits change usable coverage. Survey the listening area with RF-RX1-865 units and record dead spots before acceptance.

Audio and power integration

The transmitter supports microphone, auxiliary and loop inputs, plus monitoring and output connections. Published power is 100–240 VAC through a 12 VDC, 1 A switching supply. Label input gain, selected frequency, RF level and the approved programme source in the rack record.

Physical acceptance

The manual lists 215 x 210 x 51 mm dimensions and 1.25 kg weight. Confirm rack clearance, TNC antenna security, earthing, adaptor region and paired receiver frequency, then preserve the commissioned settings.
