Build a multi-source meeting display
The CSE-800 accepts wired HDMI content alongside ClickShare sharing. Its two display outputs suit a room where participants need to compare several contributions. Moderation lets a designated participant choose the content shown; it should be planned as part of the meeting workflow.
Connections are not visible windows
Barco lists up to 40 simultaneous Button/App connections, but only four sources on one screen or eight across two. Forty connected participants does not mean forty visible presentations. Establish the expected screen layout before sizing the room.
Separate wired and wireless video limits
The datasheet distinguishes HDMI input operation at up to 60 frames per second with one 4K input and up to 30 with two 4K inputs. Button/App sharing is specified at up to 30 frames per second at 1080p under suitable wireless conditions. A 4K output specification is not a promise of 4K wireless sharing.
Confirm the delivered set
Identify required Buttons, displays and cabling in the quotation rather than assuming a bundle quantity from the family name. Check firmware and client compatibility for the actual computers in use. The historical operating-system list in the datasheet is not a current compatibility guarantee; condition and support entitlement require order-specific confirmation.
