SRX345-DUAL-AC Exact Configuration

SRX345-DUAL-AC is SRX345 hardware with dual AC power supplies. The configuration uses Dual AC power and is sold as hardware only.

Boundary: This hardware-only SKU includes no Junos software package, support contract, recurring security service or Mini-PIM unless explicitly quoted.

Model-Specific Validation

Connect the two supplies to the intended independent power sources and test one-feed loss under an approved window. A dual-AC chassis still requires a separate Junos entitlement. Trace each inlet to a different PDU and upstream circuit, label A and B consistently, and capture alarms while each feed is removed in turn. Reject a design where both cords terminate on the same failure domain even if both power LEDs are green. Restore both feeds and verify that no interface module or management session remained impaired.

Acceptance Evidence

Record both feed IDs, serial, software entitlement, interface modules, single-feed test and rollback.

• Verify exact SKU, chassis serial, power variant, Junos entitlement and lifecycle.
• Confirm rack items, Mini-PIMs, support and security subscriptions separately.
• Test included functions and the relevant power scenario with rollback.
• Confirm current orderability with Juniper before purchase.
