S-ACX-400G-P-5 License Identity

S-ACX-400G-P-5 is a 5-year Juniper ACX 400G Premium software subscription. Juniper defines S as software, ACX as the product family, 400G as the bandwidth tier, P as the Premium license model and 5 as the subscription term. This SKU does not include a physical router, optics, power supplies or installation services.

Commercial license boundary

Juniper states that ACX devices can operate without installing a license key and do not display non-compliance alerts, while customers must still comply with the applicable Purchase and License Agreement. Procurement acceptance therefore depends on the authorized entitlement and account record rather than a generic key-installation claim.

5-year procurement decision

Use the five-year term only after confirming that the intended ACX platform, Premium functions and 400G capacity remain part of the approved lifecycle. A long subscription can outlast the original deployment design.
