Juniper documents a 40–72 VDC input operating range for the DC power modules. The current selector distinguishes 60 A and 80 A operation. At the 80 A setting the documented output is 3000 W across that voltage range. At the 60 A setting the available output is lower: the guide describes 2200 W in the lower-voltage range and up to 2700 W in the higher-voltage range. The 3000 W module rating must not be treated as unconditional output on every feed.
Validate the installation, not only the order suffix
The AC/HVDC and DC power modules must not be mixed in one chassis. Have qualified installation personnel verify the selected module, facility supply, protection and manufacturer wiring requirements. DC power cables must be supplied to the applicable requirements; a chassis quotation alone does not establish a ready-to-connect site installation.

The BASE configuration uses one Routing and Control Board and one Forwarding Engine Board, with 1+1 PSU redundancy specified in the power chapter. The packing list includes two supplies and two fan trays. Flexible PIC Concentrators ship separately: specify the line-card types and optical connections needed by the network rather than assuming the base order arrives with populated data ports.
