HUAWEI CI-X3FSwitch-F-SnS2Y two-year cloud-management license order

Validate the X3FSwitch-F-SnS two-year order

CI-X3FSwitch-F-SnS2Y is retained as a two-year Huawei cloud-management license identity. X3FSwitch-F-SnS is retained exactly and must not be merged with X7 or A-qualified orders.

Family-specific evidence

Archive the X3/F eligibility response, target register, activation identifier and change history. A target upgrade or package change opens a new commercial comparison instead of inheriting the old service record.

Exception workflow

The X3/F workflow centers on a compact target roster and exception queue. Compare the current roster with the original activation after every software or ownership change. For migration to X7, obtain a new compatibility decision and preserve both release and successor acceptance; do not relabel the X3 record or carry its F entitlement across by assumption.

Freeze the commercial scope

Before purchase, match the complete order code, beneficiary account, eligible managed population, region, start date and support route to the authorized quotation. Record any prerequisite separately rather than assuming it is bundled.

two-year lifecycle control

Use a two-stage control cycle. Preserve activation acceptance and perform a formal first-anniversary reconciliation of owner, eligible population, software state and exceptions. Start the renewal or migration decision early in the second year and assign closure dates for every unresolved target.

Term-specific audit trail

For the two-year term, maintain separate opening and anniversary evidence sets. The anniversary checkpoint compares current assignments with the initial response and records scope changes. The closing file documents renewal activation, migration continuity or deactivation so the intermediate term is not treated as either an annual or long-horizon order.

Activation acceptance

Archive the exact quote, entitlement certificate, activation response and opening, anniversary and closing evidence. No access point, switch, router, controller, optics, installation labor or unrestricted capacity is established as included by this page.
