HUAWEI CI-X3FSwitch-F-SnS1Y one-year cloud-management license order

Validate the X3FSwitch-F-SnS one-year order

CI-X3FSwitch-F-SnS1Y is retained as a one-year Huawei cloud-management license identity. X3FSwitch-F-SnS is preserved as the exact annual fixed-switch F service identity. X7 and modular-switch evidence remains separate.

Family-specific evidence

Use a compact fixed-switch acceptance roster with software response, activation identifier, exception owner and renewal decision. Reassignment closes only after old release and new qualification. Hardware specifications are separate.

Freeze the commercial scope

Before purchase, match the complete order code, beneficiary account, eligible managed population, region, start date and support route to the authorized quotation. Record any prerequisite separately rather than assuming it is bundled.

one-year lifecycle control

Use an annual control cycle. Capture activation and expiry on receipt, assign the budget and technical owners, and schedule eligibility and inventory review before the renewal window. The final decision must name the next entitlement and activation date or document removal, evidence retention and service continuity. Do not allow an expired annual line to remain in the register merely because its target is still deployed.

Term-specific audit trail

For the short term, use a ninety-, sixty- and thirty-day countdown. The first checkpoint confirms owner and budget, the second freezes the eligible inventory and outstanding exceptions, and the last records activation scheduling or offboarding. Save the dated decisions so a late renewal is not misrepresented as continuous coverage.

Activation acceptance

Archive the exact quote, entitlement certificate, activation response and annual renewal or offboarding record. No access point, switch, router, controller, optics, installation labor or unrestricted capacity is established as included by this page.
