Operational Platform

The ordering token F6H1E identifies a storage-equipped E-series high-capacity platform. Document both onboard drives, local retention, HA synchronization and central export. Replacement governance must identify how sensitive media and diagnostics are handled without confusing ordinary RMA, Priority RMA and Secure RMA.

For the 601E, the recovery record should include both onboard drive states, local evidence-retention rules, HA synchronization, central export and data-custody authorization. Determine in advance whether failed media may leave the premises. Keep configuration restoration, hardware delivery and sensitive-media handling as separately approved actions. Confirm site access, escort requirements, rack position, cabling record, configuration-restore owner and the boundary between engineer tasks and customer change approval. Preserve the country service confirmation and escalation route. The onsite engineer does not remove the need for a tested configuration backup, network owner or authorized maintenance window.
