FC-10-F2H1G-1389-02-36 Service Identity

FC-10-F2H1G-1389-02-36 is the add-on service position for an eligible underlying SD-WAN and SASE entitlement on one FortiGate 201G for 3 years. It is an FC service line, not physical FG hardware.

Storage-equipped 201G boundary

Validate exact SKU, serial, account, country, dates, prerequisites and FortiOS. The 201G provides local storage, but this order adds neither storage capacity nor a customer-owned external retention destination.

Acceptance procedure

Verify the base entitlement, tenant, authorized serial, branch role and assigned users before accepting the add-on. Test the added function separately from ordinary tunnel reachability.

Local and external evidence

Keep route, path-quality and tunnel observations beside cloud authorization and base-service evidence. Assign each failure to the carrier, tenant, base subscription, add-on or local policy owner. Reconcile a known event across the 201G local store and the approved external destination.

Three-year storage custody

Define local and external retention, authorized administrators, configuration repository and recovery ownership. Reconcile account, serial, software and entitlement dates at each anniversary.

Midpoint evidence exercise

Restore a current configuration to an approved path, generate a known event and retrieve it from both stores. For support or RMA orders, rehearse authorization and replacement-serial transfer without a false outage.

Change and capacity ledger

Link circuit, policy, identity, certificate and retention changes to before-and-after tests. Track disk health, event growth and export delays so the closing-year plan reflects observed operation.

Exception ownership review

Give bypasses, disabled service functions, emergency policies and recurring workarounds a business owner, compensating control and expiry. Test removal rather than carrying undocumented exceptions through the full term.

Transition decision

Fund renewal or successor work early enough to preserve account, configuration, cases and evidence continuity.

Excluded items

The add-on includes no firewall, base subscription, circuit, carrier SLA, unlimited users, automatic migration or assurance that an unlicensed tenant becomes eligible.
