FC-10-F121G-1389-02-60 Service Entitlement Record

FC-10-F121G-1389-02-60 is the add-on service position for an eligible underlying SD-WAN and SASE entitlement on one FortiGate 121G for 5 years. This FC line applies to a registered appliance and is not a physical FG or BDL order.

121G storage-equipped platform boundary

Match the exact SKU, serial, FortiCloud account, service country, dates, prerequisites and supported FortiOS before purchase. The 121G provides local storage, but this entitlement does not add storage capacity or replace a customer-owned external retention and backup design.

Service acceptance

Verify the base entitlement, tenant, authorized serial, branch role and assigned users before accepting the add-on. Test the added function separately from ordinary tunnel reachability.

Policy, local storage and external evidence

Keep route, path-quality and tunnel observations beside cloud authorization and base-service evidence. Assign each failure to the carrier, tenant, base subscription, add-on or local policy owner. Reconcile the local 121G record with the external destination and preserve the responsible reviewer.

Five-year storage and service register

Review entitlement status, software support, local capacity, disk health, external ingestion, configuration custody and administrator access each year. A five-year order does not guarantee that original storage or topology assumptions remain suitable.

Early-exit triggers

Define triggers for unsupported software, sustained load, storage alerts, recurring export loss, replacement constraints or architecture change. Link each trigger to budget, migration owner and treatment of remaining service value.

Year-three successor checkpoint

Use representative traffic and sanitized incidents to compare policy outcome, local evidence, external retention, recovery and rollback on the intended successor. Data-sheet maxima are not acceptance evidence.

Long-term custody review

Revalidate administrators, encryption keys, certificate owners, external archive access and media-disposal authority after organizational changes. Require a second authorized operator to retrieve historical evidence and explain its time, serial and retention context.

Final evidence and media closeout

Preserve required exports, configuration, cases and account-transfer approval before retirement. Document storage-media disposition, credential removal and deauthorization of the old serial.

Order exclusions

The add-on includes no firewall, base subscription, circuit, carrier SLA, unlimited users, automatic migration or assurance that an unlicensed tenant becomes eligible.
