Fortinet FAP-431F-N is the N-domain version of FortiAP 431F. Fortinet's staff technical guidance shows a FortiAP-431F reporting Regcode: N and states that the regulatory code is hard-coded.

Choose N from the destination-country table

The N table covers a defined group of countries for G-series and older platforms, including Australia, Brazil, Chile and New Zealand, plus other listed markets. This must be checked against Fortinet's current table at order time because newer K-series mappings differ in several countries.

Do not treat N as the United States SKU

Fortinet maps the United States to suffix A. A page, quote or warehouse label describing FAP-431F-N as a US model creates a regulatory mismatch. If the destination country does not map to N, the unit may need replacement rather than a software setting change.
