909-0001-ZD12 Overview
One additional managed AP, not another device
909-0001-ZD12 is the ZoneDirector 1200 single-AP license increment. Order the required increment against an existing controller capacity; the license does not supply a radio, antenna or controller chassis.
Check the software before counting upgrades
The RUCKUS EPL ordering reference dated October 1, 2020 distinguishes two limits: before ZD10.0, at most 70 upgrade licenses; with ZD10.0 or later, at most 145. For the five-AP base order 901-1205-XX00 these correspond to 75 and 150 total APs. A total-capacity ceiling is not the quantity delivered by this single-license SKU.
Confirm the entitlement transaction
Provide the ZoneDirector model, installed release, current licensed AP count and intended added count. Ask the quotation to identify the recipient controller and account, eligibility and activation procedure before payment. An archived ordering code does not establish present issuance, transfer rights or stock. WatchDog support appears as separate orders in the reference and must not be assumed included.
