SRX345-SYS-JE-2AC Power and Software Boundary

SRX345-SYS-JE-2AC is SRX345 system with dual AC power supplies and the historical Junos Software Enhanced package. The configuration uses Dual AC power and includes Historical Junos Software Enhanced.

Model-Specific Validation

Document both the application-security requirement and the dual-feed design. Validate signature licensing, application identification and one-feed loss as separate acceptance cases. Use approved application traffic to prove classification and policy action before testing power. During the A/B feed exercise, confirm that application logs continue across the event and distinguish stale or missing signatures from a power-path fault. Record the current replacement license because JSE is a historical package.

Acceptance Evidence

Record both feed IDs, serial, software entitlement, interface modules, single-feed test and rollback.

• Verify exact SKU, chassis serial, power variant, Junos entitlement and lifecycle.
• Confirm rack items, Mini-PIMs, support and security subscriptions separately.
• Test included functions and the relevant power scenario with rollback.
• Confirm current orderability with Juniper before purchase.
