Target Validation

F Order and Activation Record

Operational acceptance then compares the first analytics baseline with the pre-activation network state. Three-year governance combines yearly evidence refreshes with a midpoint technical review. After major software or topology changes, compare telemetry behavior with the accepted baseline. Six months before expiration, choose renewal, target migration or retirement and assign every action to a named owner so the longer contract does not conceal stale coverage.
